• Promo Support – Volunteers circulate save the date postcards & posters for Eastside Arts Festival to cafés, community centres, libraries, shops, galleries, etc.

• Set-Up – 9:00am-12:00pm – Set up tables, chairs, and signage, water station, etc.
• Tear Down – 6:45-8:30pm – Help take down tables, chairs, signage, etc. General park clean up.
• Attendee Check In – Welcome all festival artists and participants, check-in ticket holders, process payments for workshops/general admission tickets, and assist with providing festival info/ navigation.
• Festival Ambassador – Help keep the festival grounds green and clean, monitor for site safety and crowd management and report issues to staff/security, as well as support artists, festival art shop and event partners with their workshop space, providing information & directions, bussing tables (may require lifting & carrying).
• Music Ambassador – Support live music event with load in/ out & stage strikes between sets (will require lifting & carrying).
• First Aid – Assist with any first aid related issues – medical training/industrial/ first aid ideal, but not necessary.

Volunteer shifts on the day of the festival are 3- 4 hours. Complimentary light food and drinks will be provided in our volunteer tent. Volunteers are encouraged to come before or stay after their shift to enjoy the free art activities and live music show + access to food trucks and a beer garden.
